Lower Columbia Stewardship Community

Lower Columbia Stewardship Community (LCSC^®) protects and strengthens the environmental, social, and economic health of the lower Columbia River region. Cowlitz County is being bombarded by fossil fuel proposals (coal, fracked gas, methanol, anhydrous ammonia) which would obligate the region and state to decades of fossil fuel infrastructure jeopardizing our health, safety, and climate. Join us in action to protect the lower Columbia.

NOTE: Starting in June 2020 meetings have been conducted virtually, in Zoom. Login directions are usually provided to members in LCSC's email newsletter a day or so before the meeting. (Please do check near the meeting date since several meetings have had to be cancelled during the pandemic for various reasons including March-May 2020, Dec 2020-Feb 2021, May 2021. LCSC is back on track with regular virtual monthly meetings summer 2021.)

In person meetings will resume when it is safe to do so. They meet:
